I would like to share it with all of you. (Please note: This is not my own recipe. It comes from a book called 'Eating Well' which I borrowed from the library.)
RASPBERRY OAT MUFFINS
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup raw sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
1 1/4 cup butter milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup rolled oats
-Mix ingredients till combined
- Spoon into muffin tins with liners or greased.
- Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350 F
