Week 8 - A Year of 21s


Week 8 update - so apparently writing everything I eat down is a harder habit to form than I initially thought - but I am working on it.
I was 216 lbs this week when I weighed in, but I was visiting a friend over the weekend, so I'm not really surprised.
Hopefully week 9 brings happier results.

  1. You can do it Roxanne :) I think your idea of changing one habit at a time is a good idea! I have tried writing down everything I eat as well, before. It is always interesting to look back at what I ate throughout the day. Keep up the hard work! You are wonderful and beautiful!
